I had problems once when i changed my exhaust line i had constant problems.
It was due to the different internal size of the line it was smaller than the fuel line, even though it was hard to tell....

From what i hear it is best to run a small amount of caster in your fuel as well as synthetic.
Synthetic is to lubricate the engine whilst it is running and such.
