Center chassis stiffener

With regards to trf 419xr and any other car with similar center chassis (logitudinal) stiffener, i would like to know what its benifits? how do we take advantage? how do we tune using it?

Plastic tamiya CVA shocks vs alum aftermarket

I have a tamiya tt01 that i bought as an XB drift spec, it came with tamiya cva oil damper that feel very smooth and seem to work good.

but i want to know benefits of aluminum shocks over these....
