Thanks for the input! I ended up settling on 28/84 gearing, with a fan mounted on top. Comes off around 130 after a main. Others had suggested the diff gears, cross pins, and center bones as well....

Take the seals out and let them soak in shock oil for an hour, they need to swell. I rebuilt mine after my first club race day, and they've been golden since.
