But it is too expensive for my liking, for starting into F1. Have to try if F1 works for me.

Got an offer for a HW G3 for less than half of the G4....

The IRS rear axle is the best you can buy and their hubs use the D-style diff rings which is much better than the original Associated design.
I use them since many years and never broke an axle.
