Price is usually a factor of cost. Those 1 piece bulkheads would be significantly more expensive to produce than the standard 2 piece designs from the likes of Yokomo, Xray, etc

There is a small difference - maybe like 1mm in diff height. A lot of setups from the factory guys now use the BD7 cams, most likely because they know it won't spin.
