I think SMC says you can charge there batts at 2c but it will hinder there life span some. I would not charge over 1c no matter what.. I have bought more batts so I can run when needed, 6 batts for 2...

In your paper work that came with the hv pro system there is a list of the light "codes" If it shuts down something is wrong.

Red and Amber are not listed and I think that is what I had as well...

For your own benifit take some time and look at the local hobby shops at the parts on some of these vehicles.....The T4 is a racer for someone with at least a little skill. Doesn;t make a good basher...

Stock gearing is 18/86 with the optional pinion being 22 I don;t think the stock slash was fast outside for bashing, but on a track it is a blast now even better with brushless.

That is a pretty fast motor for a slash I would imagine under a 20 pinion and you could use the stock 86 spur

Normal club racing is 3, 5min heats and a 5-7 min main sometimes 10mins. So I am still paying $1 a min to race. But there is open crashing(I mean practice) before hand, so you can get more track...

The HV pro I had, had two connectors for 2 2s batts or you could rewire for 1 batt of 4s but no more. and if you run only 1 batt you had to add a bec or something else.
