What's the part number for that model? HPI discontinued a bunch of the Ken Block WR8 awhile back. Just want to make sure it's not discontinued because parts may be hard to get for it down the road.

Personally, I noticed a night and day difference in handling and drivability when switching from NiMH to LiPo, so might as well learn again with current technology, it's relatively cheap now anyways....

Gyro are practically necessary for RWD stability. Without one, unless you're among the absolute best, you'll more often than not spin out. RWD are highly unstable without a little help from a gyro....
