when determining when the 2nd gear to kick in isnt it depends on the clutch setting and the tightening os the 2nd shoe holder on 2nd spur gear......???

every engine must get this restricor i suppose, mine is RER12S5 and a plastic restrictor on the venturi on carburetor, is it necessary to take it out, coz i took it out

any affect on this...

coz i've set that 2 needles, at first it stall in idle, but fixed by turning the horizontal needle

but cant fix the stalling when half throttling is...

so u can think of the binding force is huge that the starter wheel get worn out quick:(
