If you've got a C Can comming you have a lot of dirt under the drivers stand that is now freed up. But i would say the most important thing to remember when building the track is to keep an eye on...

The problem with getting a spot year round is that realestate is very expensive. Anyone that heats a building during our cold winters will store something in it usually. So the space is taken up....
