It looks like those red spring retainers hit the front arm and limit downtravel...did you try the original spring retainers? How much droop do the shocks have? Should be around 21mm.

Yes, the 6.6 body fits.
I'm going to try the Proline Axis body for the Yokomo YZ4 SF when it's available. The JConcepts body for the Xray XB4 might fit, too.
