my bad... didn't see the "two months ago part." give fukuyama a call or send them an email. maybe they can take a look at your packs and determine the problem.

you will need to run the packs a couple of times...

you will need to run the packs a couple of times to "wake up" the cells. i know that's what i had to do with fukuyama cells. my 1.16's can charge up to 3900 and once in a blue moon up to 4100+.

looks like with the novak tray, you can adjust the ends to accomodate packs with corally style lugs... i know my trinity real time 2 cannot accomodate the lugs. looks nice though.

i've noticed you posted silver springs in front and blue in the rear. shouldn't that be the other way around?---stiffer springs in the front and one rate softer in the rear?

you can cut about an 1/8th of an inch on the shock ball end...or you can unscrew the shock ball end to lenthen the shock, there for lowering your ride height.

when i installed the rear shock tower...
