If it is the set screw for the pinion gear, which I think it might be you will need to clean the set screw and the coupling with some motor cleaner. then use red loctite not blue on the set screw. it...

That's cool on the tank. Most races I attend allow the 150cc tank, so if I decide to try the new Serpent I'll like the option of the bigger tank.:nod:
