I know that you can measure toe angle with setup boards such as Hudy but they are expensive, and I also believe that RPM makes a gauge as well although it probably is not as accurate by much more...

That's a good question. He broke it last summer, and when I went to turn it on after your post the battery is dead, but the front wheels are completely free moving, no servo noise is heard.
