Not sure pivot ball can be purchased in a single kit, I really don't think so.

I think your best bet is to find an Evo2 FoC owner with a full set of pivot ball suspension that they'd happily sell....

If you have ever taken off the metal bearing shields, the thin clip that you prise out makes a good shim...
