The FS is a better handling car.

SP is good if you only have stick packs, no need to buy saddle packs.

SP needs weight to balance left to right bias with lipo, and also dremell the battery lugs...

Uni's will fall out of the diff halves can also chip the edges of the diff if they dont fall out.

62.5 uni's are kit RB5 uni's if you have the RB5 with worlds rear end you may have some as spare.

That is a conversion the rear hubs are different and so are the turnbuckles and rod ends to the full FS kit.SP to FS conversion who did you buy it from, I may know the car.

Yep thats the FS conversion I doubt you will need a oneway it has plenty of steering as it is.
Put the Tebo setup on it the rear hubs are different to the SP kit, it will be as good as gold.:nod:

For the hold downs I used 3mm thick orings over the kit battery posts, the batts dont move as they are a good fit in the chassis. as for body mounts I use velcro on the side and trim the body below...

Mine are in the cases still. Slight mod to the top deck pics are back in this forum in august or there abouts.

The smaller trackpowers drop in with only the locators ground off the chassis.

I think from memory the FS conversion does come with new diff gears.

As for lipo I run trackpower 4800 and the car is awesome, more steer than the SP and more stable.

You can add a 6 x 10 bearing between the spur and the gearbox with a few shims to stop this movement.
Or just get the FS conversion you wont regret it.

What cells are in the slingshot batts (IB, EP etc) if it has lipo cut out it will still cut out with nimh's. If you have a weak cell that cell will go to zero before the other cells this will trigger...

If I am correct you run the original ZX5 to convert to an FS you would require the ZX5 SP...
