Swap the ESC or motor and see if it goes away. If you swap the motor and it goes away you know where the trouble is. If not, swap the ESC and try the original motor. That's the only way you will find...

Have you tried using a different servo? If Randy suggested it was the problem I'm sure he has a good reason.

If that doesn't cure it send it in. Maybe the sensor port is going out.
