Started it and ran it in garage last night, all seems to be fine. Most likeley the rock in centre gear.

Could it be the clutch with intermittent problem? I hope not ive only run 1.5 litres through...

Awesome, just what I thought, couldnt work out myself how something in the heat sink could have caused that. Oh well all working now thats all that matters.
