always ran my tekin without a fan no problem....

always ran my tekin without a fan no problem. never hit more than 120. running 5S and 1700kv. i do have a vent on my body though aimed at the esc and motor.

I use 5.5mm bullets between motor and ESC and they never budged though 10+ packs of bashing and hard packed clay crashes. prong based bullets allow you to "pry" the pins so they fit even tighter.

yep. basically make the end of the wire soak up the solder. when you do it to both sides of the connectino it makes joining of the two sides fast and easy.

ya over kill. I was going to run 4s which would draw more amps so I was being cautious and wired the batt leads with 10awg. But now that all I got are 5S packs I'll be using 12awg.

poor wetting = poor solder joint.

I use 5 core lead solder and by far the best...

I highly doubt loctite will work. they get soft with temperature. better off with 2 parts metal epoxy.
