Mel I think 6s is way to much for the little drifter s. I would run a 4s setup. With 4s i would run a 540 8xl and a x442.

The UL-1 is cool, but a offshore cat is just where its at in my opinion. Which cat are you running? My favorite is a Hydro Marine Drifter S. I just picked up my second one.

Lots of tuning can be done to the sv27. The biggest changes will be props, the stock prop is good for top speed, but take off from a dead stop is poor. A x642 seems to work best for all around use....
