I'm racing a Tekno kit RC8 with clutch (no spring - hybrid) and just ordered a Tekin 1700 kV/RX8. I'm running 5S on 16/44.
What RX8 settings do you recommend...

Changed punch control to 60, thinner sway bar in the rear, rear diff 3K instead of 5K. I didn't put the spring back on to the clutch.
Raced last sunday. Traction was way better, cornering excellent....

Just to make sure. Received the 2-shoe elektri-clutch (new style).
Do I put the shim directly onto the shaft, then bearing, clutch bell, bearing ?
Even without shim the bell spins freely....

Sorry, forgot to mention. I'm running 5 S. RC8 stock gearing is 44/16. So without harming things I can go up to 17 or even higher ?

Update on the chassis problems. The stock chassis measured from the front stays flat over a lenght of 53 mm, whereas the Tekno chassis stays flat...

clutch bell

Hi to all,

I wanna convert my RC8 with a Tekno kit and Tekno NEu motor 1509/2y/F.
The clutch Bell included in the V3 kit is 13T.
My RC8 came with 16T (asc 89132).
Is this due to different RPM...
