I had a buddy who uses vant packtry a protek 3000 mah shorty in stock class and he liked it better thant he vant. IMO the protek packs arent that great so idk about all the hype over the vant packs.

Unnecessary IMO. These trucks are way overpowered so to lighten the drivetrain to the point that it spools up faster isnt necessary. I have do e it to an 1/8 buggy and it made it much more difficult...

The h1 chassis is for the 1.0 truck the 2.0 chassis is for the 2.0 truck so parts that interchange from 1.0 to 2.0 bolt up but those that don't won't bolt up.

BCE H1 chassis is designed for the 1.0 truck to reconfigure the motor to the rear and the ESC to the front also allowing the other parts used that you mentioned.

Losi oils are nice and PT oils are at the top IMO. I have been using pt oils for the last year with excellent results. They also have a conversion chart for the shock oils from losi to cst weights.

Check the sensor wire
Check the Solder joints
Rebind the esc

All else fails send the esc back to horizon and they will check it....

Using kyosho 4mm locknuts here and they work well. Still looking for a steel serrated lock nut. The alum ones loosen up over time.
