I tried the one way for a while, and it worked great for a while-- the car carried great speed through the turns-- but it seemed to bind up after a few weeks of running and would torque steer to one...

Try using heavier shock oil and stiffer springs, along with the sway bars and less droop, to eliminate the traction roll. You can also try different pistons in the shock... on carpet, I've found...
