I now have a mechanical rear brake and adjustable brake bias.

I would say at max the servo can pull 75 rear 25 front bias, so it works...

Put it this way I run a 1550 on 6s and have to gear at 12/46 and run 95% epa. Its still really fast.

Not true at all. The amps flowing when the duty cycle is on are higher when the motor is geared higher no matter what the epa is. When it is geared lower it requires less amps.
