Yeah, that sounds right.. If your charger checks out good, then I would check your Esc for lipo cutoff settings...:(

2.8? that seems really low. Do you have access to another charger? I would try and do a balance check with a buddies charger, if yours is bad (charger) your lipo will be also in a short time..
