You can use the turnbuckles and steering links from either the 3.0 truggy. I think the 4.0 truggy has shorter arms so the turnbuckles would be too short, maybe someone can chime in.

For those that did the e-conversion on a 8IGHT 3.0, I got a JConcepts Illuszion 8IGHT 2.0 body but it still seems to be hitting the top of the battery/straps making it slightly crooked, not so much...

I've read do the paper method for electric, don't do it, set by sight, etc. Im confused :lol::o:sweat:

And no loctite on pinion gear...

What screws do you suggest I use then to hold the motor? those are the screws provided in the conversion kit.

Ok so I was able to loosen up the little half...

Ok so I was able to loosen up the little half bracket that cradles the motor can, then set mesh, then tightened the cradle back down. This is my first electric (always been a nitro guy) can anyone...
