I think you have to hook the Hotwire to the esc...

I think you have to hook the Hotwire to the esc before you plug the usb cord into your computer. Then you start up the program. See if that helps

Only applies to 2s (Nitro is already running directly from Lipo)setups so I deleted the comment as most are dealing with 4s setups with the RX8.

Why are people still buying all this high power servo gear and then wondering about problems? Buy HV servos run them of the Lipo, then you can let the BEC do its job and power the RX. the more...
