Yeah...Any motor and speed control. Most don't run any lower than a 8.5.On there track a 13.5 is as good as a 7.5.

I would look into the SC10 line of trucks. Hotshots sells parts for them and everyone can help with setup.

They run open at Hotshots so any motor but it has to be a 2 cell lipo.

I think it does make more sense to run one on friday and the other on Saturday and change from week to week.
The onroad has every Wed. Give the offroad one day a week also.
