Did you set the TX to Link> Then press Bind ...

Did you set the TX to Link> Then press Bind button then turn on the power?

Try with SErvo & ESC & Batt connected. Power off....

Try with SErvo & ESC & Batt connected. Power off. Press Bind on RX and Hold while power on. It should bind before you release the bind button.
