I have put the shoes on just like it shows....

I have put the shoes on just like it shows. Washed oil out of bearings. The flywheel turns twice as fast as clutchbell. I will sand inside bell when I get off work tomorrow.

Does tekno have a place to ask ? Iam having trouble getting the clutch to engage. I have run motor both ways and it will not pull till half thorttle.
