i don't think so. I have both and motor mount holes don't line up. Bulkheads, servo and center weights, suspension mounts and bumper do though

Stuff in the middle that will work are the servo mount, steering wipers, diff carrier, center weight,...

I'm at 1352 grams with one of the 15g front weights installed on the servo side with the 20G weight in the middle. Quite happy with the results of teh corner balance i'm at 49/51 L/R and 50/50 F/R.

could be your o-rings are swollen, pressing hard the washer under the pin. I had that same problem and my diffs felt really tight and gritty. My 3k diff felt heavier than a 5k diff from an older car....
