i have 2 of the same ESC and have the same issue....

i have 2 of the same ESC and have the same issue. i thought it was maybe just inconsistency with them and just unplugged the loud one lol . the escs dont get nearly hot enough to need fan for me.

The pre programmed buggy sct setting was actually a good base for me. I toned mine down a bit from there on the buggy because my track does not have much traction. But it feels good in my SC6 running...

Hmm that is exactly what mine did in my TC until I replaced the sensor wire. Odd you have 2 doing it. Makes me think it's something in the radio setting , assuming your using the same radio on both ....

Could that be the neutral range? Or have you tried just re-setting it up on the radio ? I did have a similar issue with my just stock I had in my Tc6 and it was the sensor cable .

In my sct with a smc 10.5 I accidentally left my fan unplugged once and the esc for to 115. I use a good bit of brakes too. Motor was 150ish. Just my findings on temp. Not sure what hot even is...

Esc might be bad. But I'm not sure it's "junk" . Hw has always been solid for me . I think some people suggest reloading the software
