Check that the flywheel collett isnt protrudeing through the flywheel. (collet could be too long)
You shouldnt have to put a washer behind the flywheel unless its touching the...

I had to dremel a fraction out of mine to clear the cable of fouling i use the ace digital servos.

Also make sure you have the plastic spacer tube...

Also make sure you have the plastic spacer tube between the outer pulley and the outer bearing on the bearing carrier;)
