I'm new to the external pack thing but when you say to turn the external pack on first, do you mean to add another receiver switch or just plug it in to the rx first before turning on the esc?

I'm actually running it without a sensor because I'm using my back up esc(MMM). I just want to get this 6s gearing right. Should I go down to a 14t or go up to a 17t? I currently used a 15 and 16t.

Anyone have any gearing suggestions for a T8 1350 6s Lipo for a Mugen MBX6T with a 46 spur?

I used a 15t at Thunder Alley and temped at 165-170. Ambient temps were only in the mid-high 80's.

Like I said it arms and does the whole start up sequence but no chime or throttle. I even took out LVC at one time and still no luck.

Randy,

I tried unplugging the sensor harness from the esc and still no chime or throttle. The motor checked out fine because I used a friend's MMP and throttle works so all that's left is the esc....

Plus shouldn't he be using a 6s setup with the 1350? My MBX6T is geared 15/46 with a 6s 1350 motor. Runs great and has more than enough power.

For me it's not the fan. I plugged that same fan(new) onto my mamba max pro and the fan works. I think the fan output connection is shorted or something to that effect.

The track was pretty dry and dusty. Typical at Rev. The switch was a bit stiff at first to turn off but it loosened afterwards.
