7 minutes on just about any 1/10 track is putting you well over 10 laps. The only thing changing at that point, is attrition.

For me, a common clock then reverse the start order for the second qualifier (based on the main, not the quals that run just like an IFMAR start anyways). Or maybe a single IFMAR start three(ish)...
