I have a 2 year old FTB4 that has the same thing... the front shocks don't thread down far enough. I checked out another B4 and you can see easily that the shocks have more threads.

I just bought...

You could pick a few FT things to add to it if you want, but you don't need to make it a FT.

The threaded shocks are sweet...
