Thanks backyard racer, that's the kind of info I'm looking for. Is there another thread for this track somewhere? Steve thought there was one on RC Tech already but I haven't found it.

Maybe. But generally, once a preserve, park, etc. gets deeded over it becomes the property of the municipality that it was given to. So, unless the donor retained title to it in some way it probably...
