LiPo's can be, and are already, used in some classes, 1/12 & 1/8th run them in receiver packs, and Bikes use them to race with - as previously stated the general rules include the do's & don'ts....

You can use any motor / cells / electrical kit you like and it won't affect the BRCA Insurance cover....
