I've ended up buying a Sakura Ultimate that I'm putting together and hope to have it ready for the Friday night race at LH. Running a 60 spur with a 38 pinion for a 3.0 FDR, as LH is a bigger track.

I didn't race Friday, but I was there for a hour before doing practise laps, best was only a 17.8, partly attributed to some handling issues I inflicted on myself and I wasn't running any tyre...

Bump my old thread but I'm still having no luck with the cars top speed and its hurting my lap times.
I've changed the gearing to the smallest spur I could find for the Zero a 66T and I put a 38T...
