I have the Avid 13mm shocks on 22X-4 and 22SCT 5.0. I feel the shock bodies are an improvement over the stock G3 bodies. I even upgraded my sons 22X-4 to the Avid 13mm shock bodies.

I always keep front arms (TLR234112) for all vehicles as spares. My kiddo has broken the rear gear box (TLR232134) where the shock tower screws in. Overall, happy with the durability with the 22x-4.
