I agree, that explanation was suffice. Then just move on and say "once we have more information on when the kits are ready to go, we will let you know." Seems like a pretty simple deal to me.

I'm really not sure what the point of this post is, honestly. But for the record, 2 of my last 3 kits were pre-orders and were paid for up front at my local track/hobbyshop. Then I picked the kit up...

Maybe that is presumptuous, but to me it seemed reactionary. Regardless, whatever the reason for leaving, I just wanted to point out that I (like probably a lot of others) do not use FB for RC...
