It’s just a baseline setup to start with.
You need to tweak it towards your driving and track conditions. Maybe try more toe in the rear if the car is a bit loose or a little more caster to have...

I haven't had any problems with the fuel tube...

I haven't had any problems with the fuel tube going through the mudguard. Make sure you have enough tube to go around to the engine.

I agree but I think the tuning Windows is bigger with the MS package due to the shocks.

Stock package are good if the track is really smooth without any bumps and when the track is high grip.

Do you mean for low grip tracks?
Rear stock tower is good but in the front you have some options. MS or MS-H but then you ned the MS shocks as well.
