3400kv would be way to much. If I use 3s I would stay under 3000kv. Something in the 2800kv range would be good.

The rule would be 3s limit. You can still use 2s if you choose too. There will be some cases that a 2s setup will be better then a 3s setup and 3s better the 2s. We are just saying raise the limit.

I agree. 4x4 sct should be a 3s class. Lower temp, better run times and more efficient. There are some tracks where 2s is plenty but places 2s is a struggle.
