So just to clarify the issues with the new fw update has the bugs been corrected or not?

I don't want to update my RSX to 258 before I know all known bugs have been corrected.

This might be a silly question, but can I damage the ESC if I mount it vertically?
It will be mounted in my Losi Mini 8Ight Truggy.
