Pit, thanks for the info on the flo-control pistons. I waited to do my build on my 3.0 E edition until the moment Marcus put them up on the rcshox. I have yet to run them, but the fit was very well.

And if that set screw is tight, you should also check the set screw for the pinion in front too. I've found mine loose before, though never to the point that you described, so it is just a thought.
