Uriah is correct, you need to run it in more for it to be fully broken in. The fit on these is very snug when new so take your time and don't lean it too much. Top speed will come when it's broken...

The O.S. T-2080 pipe is the best for the engine if it's available. If you run a Novarossi pipe, run the 2015.

Use the RP7. It's the best all around plug for the engine. If you have higher air temps or a long straight, go to the RP8.

Those two are the only pipes I either have experience with or have seen used with the engine. I'm sure anything similar to the Nova 2015 will work about the same.

Yes, that's the pipe he's referring to. The T-2080 is a great pipe for the .21 XZ-R and Shimo and Hara both used it also. If you want something other than the O.S. pipe, try the Novarossi 2015. ...
