Thanks so you would advise against the 5/7/2 setup? Comparing the the MBX-6 eco theyre running 5/10/2 in their RTRs. When I drove his buggy it felt a lot better on grip (we're running the same tires).

im definitely going to use the set screw and make a flat area on the pin for it to hold nicely. Then the metal ring and boot. Should do the trick.

So I took my RC8.2e out yesterday. Was in a flat field dirt and short grass. All went great had a blast. I saw a 2 foot 'ramp' that I could try a jump off of, just some terrain to let a path be flat....
