edit: i found a picture of front of that exact motor you posted a pic of and i doesn't appear to have any screws...

actually YES it does... remove screws on...

actually YES it does...

remove screws on front of motor (side that shaft comes out of)
then pull rotor out.. (you may have to pull hard, the magnetic force is strong)

check rotor for damage...
