I run them on carpet. Lands much better. Still playing with Spring and oil to get them right but they are an improvement over the 12mm.

I emailed Jeff who run Vision and I run his recommendation on carpet:

C block is down & in and the D block is down & middle. That gives you 1 degree toe.

Both the Vision racing C&D block.
