correct, it matches all the Tamiya sedan body’s forward dimple marks as well. It gives you the ability to use the body on other Tamiya cars without adding more holes.

Agree with you completely. 1 bad lap in this class can permently take you out of contention. Consistency is the name of the game in this class. I can't wait to give my Gear diff another try now...
