What type of oil can I use in them? I have some...

What type of oil can I use in them? I have some really light 5w oil that I use in the shocks of my mountain bikes. Would that work or is there a more specific type?

I have a stock T-maxx 2.5 that I've finally tuned and got running.
Seems 4 year old gas will make tuning near impossible. :lol:

Well, i was beating it up on some jumps and two of my rear shocks...
